Bearskin Rug

I started sculpting the head for my bearskin rug. It's my first time using Sculpy. I'd like it to be much more smooth than I've got it. I've already got a mess of purple fur for the rug. And I suppose I ought to make some feet as well. I still have to figure out how it's all going to fit together.

looks like you're using regular sculpey. tough to get that smooth. I used it for the clown I did. not nearly as good as using the beige super sculpey.

try putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes or so and it'll stiffen up a little for you to smooth it light with your finger...

or you can try using a brush and some rubbing alcohol on it. that should get the fingerprints off it at least.

if you haven't baked it yet you might want to get some super sculpey from me tomorrow and use that.
